Thermal division
We offer custom cutting by autogen, plasma, laser and machining + CNC. We have a powerful cutting machine, which affords us to achieve high quality and lower costs. We are able to perfectly adapt to customer requirements. Our advantage is the processing speed with emphasis on high quality and cutting accuracy. We use parameters tuned to specific types of cut parts.
We specialize in precision machining of sheet metal products and profiles made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and so on. We provide both piece production as well as a large series of different constructions. We use up-to-date technology - automatic CNC machines to deliver you the perfect precision. Including parts needed in metal production, we also produce elements for all other industries not only of heavy machinery. Upon request, we process the documentation, make a cutting plan with maximum use of the material.
We make plasma plates cutting (the thickness: 1-35 mm) and cut sheets by gas mixtures (acetylene + oxygen; the thickness: 15-180 mm) in common formats (2x1 m; 3x1,5 m; 6x2 m). We provide appropriate material or use the material supplied by the customer. We square cut parts off, weld them and finish them with a coating (paint, powder or zinc). Our technology is capable of making the most complex shapes and products of different materials with varying thickness ranges.
Thanks to our immediate response, understanding the technology and machine speed, we can make these cut parts in very short delivery times.
We own several MGM Omnicut and Cortina cutting machines, Hypertherm HPR and Powermax Plasma Power Supply, Thermadyne PAK Master.
